Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered to the address you indicated during your order under the heading "delivery address". The items in your order will be shipped within 4 days from the date of receipt of your payment. The choice of the means of transport will be made according to the size and the weight of the parcels. The delivery time is within 5 to 11 working days from the date of shipment. In case of payment by check or bank transfer, your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. The shipping and delivery times are therefore applicable on the day we receive your check or payment. E-FACTORY cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and the consequences of such delays.
ATTENTION: in case of order of products not held in stock or on measure, the delivery time is lengthened and will be confirmed to you on a case by case basis.
Return of products
Consumers have a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the package to retract. In order to exercise this right, they need only notify the publisher using the withdrawal form or an unambiguous statement.
In the event of a withdrawal, the publisher will reimburse the customer the amount shown on the purchase invoice for the returned products, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the product.
The return must be made (at the customer's expense) at the latest within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. All returns must be complete (original packaging, instructions, accessories, copy of the invoice) and the returned products must be in perfect condition for resale. In their original box in an extra box. We make reservations to any printing or typographical errors and to product changes on the Website. We also make reservations to any errors in the stock balance, to clearance sale and to that the product images may differ from the real product. Functional underwear, bodywear are excluded from the right of return. Unfortunately we cannot accept deliveries that are not in perfect condition and will therefore return them at the sender's expense. The responsibility of the customer will be engaged only with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning.

Consumers shall not be entitled to exercise any right of withdrawal for orders of all products that are clearly personalized or made to their specifications.
Each product is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defect. The warranty takes effect upon delivery. The guarantee is always "parts and labor", therefore excluding transport costs.
